<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feed treatment system for feeding (moving) a liquid itself or a material dissolved or included in, adsorbed by or bonded to the liquid, and for performing every kind of treatment (control). <P>SOLUTION: This liquid feed treatment system is constituted by connecting a plurality of liquid feed treatment units 71, 72, 73, 79 and 80, each of which is equipped with a flow channel for electrically controlling the feed of the liquid or liquid droplets, constituted so as to connect the flow channel to another flow channel at least on the way thereof or at the end part thereof, and applies treatment to the liquid or liquid droplets fed along the flow channel corresponding to a treatment purpose. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
