<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a noise current generated from an inverter from flowing into a power line connected from a battery. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive member 30 connects, on its one side, with the positive or negative electrode terminal 26 of the inverter by screw, and connects, on its other end side, with one of the electrode terminals 25 of a capacitor 1 by screw. A conductive member 20 is counterposed to the conductive member30, with the fellow plates in opposition at an interval d, and it is connected with the conductive member 30 by connecting member 22, at the end on the side of the capacitor 1. The other end of the conductive member 20 is equipped with a connection 21, and it is connected, at the connection, with the electrode terminal of a battery 3 by power cable 10. The conductive members 20 and 30 and the connecting members 22 are of such constitution that the sectional area of each conductor is larger and the resistance is smaller enough than the power cable 10.
