<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board conveying and receiving apparatus which can certainly store the printed circuit board in a storage means even if a size of the printed circuit board changes. <P>SOLUTION: The printed circuit board conveying and receiving apparatus includes a conveying means 7 having a plurality of rows of conveyors 10 disposed in a substantially V shape, an angle regulating means 14 for regulating an inclining angle of the conveyor 10 in accordance with the size of the printed circuit board 1, and a receiving means 8 for clamping the end of the printed circuit board 1 conveyed by the conveying means 7 and storing the printed circuit board 1 in the storage means 9. Thus, even if the size of the printed circuit board 1 changes, the conveying height of the printed circuit board 1 can be maintained substantially constant by changing an angle of the conveyor 10.
