<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure sufficient detection performance of a target to a change in the collapse itself of the linearity of a transmission signal, and variations in the linearity of transmission signals for each product. <P>SOLUTION: The radar system of the mobile unit comprises A/D converters 201, 202 for sampling a beat signal for outputting the digital voltage value; a memory 203 for storing the digital voltage value; and unneeded frequency component separation sections 207, 208 for inputting the digital voltage value stored in the memory as a measurement signal for separating an unneeded frequency component varying with time and a frequency component corresponding to a target. Further, the radar system comprises frequency analysis sections 211, 212 for converting the measurement signal to a frequency spectrum for outputting; target signal detection sections 213, 214 for inputting the frequency spectrum, and detecting a target beat frequency corresponding to the target for outputting; and a target characteristic calculation section 216 for detecting the target, on the basis of the plurality of target beat frequencies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
