PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a housing site preparation method capable of comprehensively minimizing costs up to completing a house from preparation of a housing site. SOLUTION: Foundation soil 3 banked on the housing site 2, is compacted in a state of taking out garage creating land 6, and is sold in a state of flatly leveling a surface of of the housing site 2 by filling decomposed weathered granite 7 (decorative soil) in the garage creating land 6. When entering a building process of a building 5, foundation creating land 4 is dug, and its foundation surplus soil 3a is layered on a surface of the housing site 2. In an outer structure work process, the decomposed weathered granite 7 filled in the garage creating land 6 is layered on the foundation surplus soil 3a, and a garage 13 and a retaining wall 12 are created.
