PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, system and device to reliably regulate the transmission and reception by a cellular phone in a specified space. SOLUTION: This transmission/reception control method has steps (steps 51, 52)of obtaining identification information by reading the FRID tags attached to cellular phones with a RFID tag reader installed at the gate of the space where cellular phone transmission/reception is regulated, and a step (step 53) of recording the identification information in a buffer memory. Further, it has steps (steps 54-56) of classifying the identification information into each cellular phone company, and transmitting this classified information to the computer which is regulating the transmission/reception together with the trespass signals showing the cellular phones entering the regulated space, and steps (steps 57, 58) of the computer regulating the transmission/reception according to the identification information and the trespass signals.
