PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resonator which permits very easy connection to other apparatuses and frequency adjustment even when the dielectric resonator is contained in a container rack for use. SOLUTION: A front wall 12a and a rear wall 12b are provided to the opening of the front face and the rear face of a case body 11, and a case cover 13 is provided to the upper opening. Earth plates 14a, 14b are interposed between the case main body 11 and the front wall 12a and between the case main body 11 and the rear wall 12b, respectively. A dielectric resonance element 18 is mounted between projections 15 of the earth plates 14a, 14b, and dielectric support members 17 made of elastic members are interposed between a recessed part 16 and the front wall 12a and between a recessed part 16 and the rear wall 12b, respectively, to elastically support the dielectric resonance element 18. Coupling coils 19a, 19b are provided inside the front wall 12a, and input output plugs 20a, 20b are provided outside the front wall 12a to connect the coils 19a, 19b.
