PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the deburring of the rim part of a steering wheel formed by introducing a resin into a mold. SOLUTION: A mold device 1 has a first mold 14 and a second mold 15. A cavity 20 is formed between the first mold 14 and the second mold 15. A first vent slit 31 is formed along a mold matching surface PL to follow the cavity 20, and a second vent slit 32 is formed along the first vent slit 31. When a urethane material is introduced into the cavity 20, the material enters the vent slits 31 and 32 to form a thin-wall flash part 33 and a string-like, thick-wall flash part 34. A steering wheel main body 2 is taken out from the mold device 1. By pulling the thick-wall part 34, flashes are cut along the thin-wall flash part 33 so that the flashes can be removed continuously.
