PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work state management system capable of particularizing working scenes in which images are photographed and classifying and arranging each photographed image according to a photographing scheme without the need for transferring the photographing scheme itself to a camera side by taking into account that the photographing sequence and the photographing objects are recognized in advance in the case of carrying out photographing the working scenes in each work process according to the photographing scheme. SOLUTION: A PC 1 stores and manages a process database 12 as the photographing scheme, reads a scene number to identify a working scene from the process database 12 and transfers the scene number to a camera 2. The camera 2 acquires and stores the scene number transferred from the PC 1, attaches the scene number to the image photographed in the working scene and transmits the photographed image with the scene number attached thereto to the PC 1. The PC 1 classifies and manages the photographed images each with the scene number attached thereto from the camera 2 in matching with the classification system of the photographing scheme.
