PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cassette with which an irradiation region and a region of interest for the purpose of gradation conversion can be stably, accurately and rapidly extracted from a radiation image. SOLUTION: The cassette is provided with an X-ray image input means for converting the X-ray transmitted through an object to be inspected to the X-ray digital image and a contact region recognizing means for recognizing the region with which the object to be inspected comes into contact.
