PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information reproducing device and an optical information storing and reproducing device using holography which reduces noise due to reference light as compared with conventional holography. SOLUTION: An optical system is disposed in such a way that the optical path of reference light 10 for reproduction and the optical path of reproducing light 11 are at least partly superposed on each other, and a means 1 which transmits the reproducing light 11 but blocks reflected light 12 obtained by reflection of the reference light 10 for reproduction by a storage medium 5 is provided on the superposed optical paths.
