PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fixing members such as a roller having a mold-released layer excellent in durability on its surface and a belt, to provide the fixing member manufactured by this method, to provide a fixing device equipped with the fixing member, to provide a fixing method using the fixing device, to provide an image forming apparatus equipped with the fixing device, to provide an image forming apparatus for forming the image by the fixing method, and to provide an image forming method for forming the image by using the fixing method or the image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The fixing members 2 and 3 are manufactured through a 1st process of sticking a 1st composition X containing resin other than fluororesin on base materials 21 and 31 and a 2nd process of sticking a 2nd composition Y containing the fluororesin on the surfaces molded by the 1st process.
