PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact minute part feeder with easy production. SOLUTION: The minute part feeder A is provided with a vibration type linear motion feeder 1; a trough 2 having a conveying passage 8 for the minute part 14 provided at an upper part of the vibration type linear motion feeder 1; a selection rejecting mechanism 5 for selecting the minute part 14 provided on the conveying passage 8 and rejecting to a groove 3; the groove 3 provided along the conveying passage 8 of the trough 2; and a return conveying passage 4 provided along the groove 3 and the conveying passage 8 of the trough 2 and capable of circulating the minute part 14. Further, the minute part feeder A is provided with a gas jetting means 6 provided near the entrance of the return conveying passage 4 and pressure-feeding the minute part 14 to the neighborhood to the exit; a gas jetting means 7 for blowing up the pressure-fed minute part 14; and a drift part 9 for the pressure-fed minute part 14.
