OXIDATION STRESS INHIBITOR FOR CULTURED FISH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an oxidation stress-improving agent blended with a phenyl propanoide compound such as ferulic acid, γ-orizanol, for preventing the oxidation stress of cultured fishes such as a red sea bream.

SOLUTION: This oxidation stress-improving agent for the cultured fishes is characterized by using a phenyl propanoide compound. Preferably, the phenyl propanoide compound in the agent is at least 1 kind of ferulic acid and γ-orizanol.
