<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical instrument capable of controlling received information by transmitting individual information to a mobile terminal (mobile communication body) and a musical performance information transfer system including the electronic musical instrument. <P>SOLUTION: This electronic musical instrument is requested by a mobile telephone to transmit an information file, and transmits the information file including magic number and machine type data and information on the free memory capacity of a flash ROM to the mobile telephone at the request. According to the information file, a song data file or error file is sent from the mobile telephone side.
