SOLID POLYMER FUEL CELL, COMPONENT FOR GASEOUS DIFFUSION LAYER, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small and light-weighted fuel cell which is of superior productivity.

SOLUTION: This fuel cell is constituted by using a member 10 for a gas diffusion layer, that has a separator plate 12 and a gas diffusion electrode 11 in a sheet form which is composed of a conductive porous body having a three-dimensional mesh structure. The member 10 for the gas diffusion layer is installed with the gas diffusion electrode 11 on both faces of the separator plate 12, and together with a resin frame 13 which covers the surroundings of the gas diffusion electrode 11 and the separator plate 12 in the integrally installed state.
