<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen using an ink with a low viscosity or an ink with a viscosity decrease by shear, which has a simple structure in a writing part, does not generate carelessly a back flow and a straight flow phenomenon of the ink during carrying, and can easily introduce the ink to the tip side by a negative pressure accompanying writing. <P>SOLUTION: The ball-point pen is constituted by being provided with bringing an apex ball into close contact with the inner edge of a ball holding part of the tip apex part, providing an elastic body for pressing the back face of the apex ball so as to release a close contacting condition during writing, and an ink repellent body with ink repellent properties between the rear end of the tip and the front end of the ink storing part, and filling the ink in the ink storing part and the ink and a following follower at the rear end of the ink.
