PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily seal a charcoal making oven, for the purpose of preventing unnecessary air from permeating into the oven from the outside, and to enable a carbonized material receiver filled with carbonized materials to be easily installed horizontally. SOLUTION: A charcoal making oven base has an outer frame 10, intermediate frames 20 installed in the outer frame 10, horizontal frame beams 30 positioned inside the outer frame 10, and anchors 31 fastened to the horizontal frame beams 30, wherein the base is firmly fastened to the ground by the anchors 31, and bottom ends of wall parts 51 of a charcoal making oven casing 50 of which the bottom part is openable are engaged with channel parts 11 of the outer frame 10 into which water is poured, so that the bottom ends are fastened to and held by the channel parts.
