PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary table formed with a balance cylinder so as to form no interference area with a cutting tool, the balance cylinder negating a rotational moment generated when an unbalance load eccentrically mounted around the horizontal axis is rotated around the axis. SOLUTION: This rotary table device, which is provided with a balance cylinder 29 for canceling a rotational moment generated as a result of rotation of a mounted unbalance load 31 around the horizontal axis X, includes a cylinder body 34 which is rotatably mounted around the horizontal axis Y at a position eccentric from the horizontal axis X with a crank member 37 rotating together with a rotating shaft 19 and the front end of a rod 35 is journaled to a base 4 side rotatably around a horizontal axis Z.
