发明名称 ELECTROMAGNETIC FLUID CONTROL VALVE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic fluid control valve having improved response speed and performance for selectively controlling the flow rate of fluid. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 200 and a needle 240 are arranged in a cylindrical valve body and a coil 350 and first and second yokes are installed on the outer peripheral face. The valve body has an orifice 131 inside via which first and second ports 135, 121 are communicated with each other. The needle 240 opposed to one face side of the orifice is moved up and down together with the permanent magnet 200. The moving direction and distance of the needle are determined by the direction and intensity of a current applied to the coil 350. During moving the needle 240, the front end of the needle linearly changes the opening area of the orifice, and so the amount of the fluid passing through the orifice 131 is controlled depending on the position of the needle.
