PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely mount an outer tube of a wire connected with a unit case, on the unit case with a simple structure to stably operate the wire at all times. SOLUTION: Engagement grooves 26a, 27a are formed on end parts at an equalizer case holding side of the outer tubes 26, 27. U-shaped locking pieces 4e, 4f holding the engagement grooves 26a, 27a are mounted on a locking part formed on an equalizer cover 4. The locking pieces 4e, 4f are fitted and locked in the engagement grooves 26a, 27a to fix the outer tubes 26, 27 to the unit case 1, when the equalizer cover 4 is mounted on a case main body 2 of the equalizer case 1.
