PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet dispersion method for a non-magnetic pigment by which the non-magnetic pigment is stably dispersed using a bead mill and a dispersion liquid having a variety of applications. SOLUTION: The wet dispersion method comprises dispersing the non-magnetic pigment having a particle size of the order of magnitude of nano in a solvent containing a dispersant using the bead mill in which the kinetic energy of one bead is≤100 [g×(mm/s)<SP>2</SP>], preferably≤40 [g×(mm/s)<SP>2</SP>].
