PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the whole device lightweight in a vessel lifting device having a support frame for supporting the vessel liftably and front-inclinably arranged along a mast. SOLUTION: In the vessel lifting device, the masts 2, 2 are arranged at both left/right sides of a support frame while clamping the support frame 4 and are constituted by a fixing mast 21 and slide masts 22, 22a slidably arranged at the fixing mast and rotatably supporting both left/right ends of the support frame. A hydraulic cylinder device 3 for slide driving of the slide masts is arranged in both masts 2, 2. The slide masts 22, 22a are synchronized each other and lifted by a slide synchronization means 8. In the state that the vessel is lifted, a position of gravity center in a front/back direction of the vessel is positioned between the masts 2, 2. Therefore, since bending force in the front/back direction applied to the masts by the weight of the vessel including content can be made small, the mast can be made thin and the light weight can be realized.
