PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a cooling time and reducing a cooling device by solving problems such that by accompanying with the extension of production scale of a mushroom cultivation, its cooling time becomes long and its cooling device becomes a large size to cause the increases in facilities and running costs. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a device for splashing cooling water into a heating for sterilization device. Thereby, after performing the heat-sterilization, it becomes possible to splash cooling water in a pot for lowering the temperature quickly to remarkably shorten the cooling time for reducing cooling expenses.
