PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of readily and surely removing weed in a field and preventing occurrence of gas hindrance in paddy rice culture or the like. SOLUTION: The riding type grass burning machine 1 is equipped with a riding type grass burning machine body 2 and a plurality of burners 3 attaching to a connecting member 13 extending perpendicularly to an advancing direction D of the grass burning machine body 2. The grass burning machine body 2 comprises a compressor 4 producing compressed air by compressing outside air, a fuel tank 5 in which fuel built therein is pressurized by compressed air fed out from the compressor 4 and fed out to burners 3 and a burner control means for controlling motion of these burners 3.
