A monitoring device (21) records the locking condition of the locks (4,5), in case one lock latches and the other does not, then an unlocking mechanism (16) is activated which opens the latched lock. The unlocking mechanism is activated only if after a predetermined time after locking, at least one lock, not all locks, is latched. The predetermined time is less than or equal to 0.5 second.
