<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a device for generating OTU frame data where each multidata information at a header can be set arbitrarily. <P>SOLUTION: Data having a multiframe structure corresponding to a sequence number N outputted from an MFAS counter 23 are read from a multidata memory 25; the read data, the sequence number, and data in a non-multiframe structure stored in an OH memory 24 are stored into the header of an OTU frame; data outputted from a payload data generation means 21 are stored into a payload; the frame data of OTU are generated; and the OTU frame data are converted to a light signal for outputting. An editing means 30 displays data at least stored in a multidata memory 25 on a display 32 in a list for each item, and performs editing process to the data item in multiframe units according to the operation of the operation section 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
