<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress flowing of AC power source out of an input AC line, or, suppress flowing common mode current of high frequency and low frequency to a load from an output AC line. <P>SOLUTION: The power converter comprises a filtering means 10 connected to an input AC line to a converter main circuit 1, AC current detecting means 12a-12c for detecting the current flowing the input AC line of each phase, and a common mode current suppressing means 29A in which the currents of respective phases detected by the AC current detecting means 12a-12c are added together, and the signal corresponding to the added value is inputted in a control circuit 20 for controlling a switching element 1a as a feedback signal for suppressing the common mode current flowing out of the input AC line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
