PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a means for preventing rotation in the axial circumference direction of a roller shaft to an existing trolley conveyor hanger provided with a shaft hole in the attachment part of a roller shaft. SOLUTION: A shaft hole attachment 6 is provided with an engagement part 60 engaged with a shaft hole 13 of a hanger to be firmly fixed, and a protrusion 61 with a diameter larger than that of the engagement part 60. In the end face side of the protrusion 61, engagement grooves 62 are provided in the diametrical line direction. The engagement grooves 62 are formed to have width allowing the engagement of an engagement pin 207 provided in the roller shaft 20, and depth slightly thinner than the thickness of the protrusion 61.
