STEPPING MOTOR COIL BOBBIN AND ITS WINDING PRODUCING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil bobbin in which disconnection is prevented by slacking a transition wire between a coil and a terminal without inserting a jig between the terminals. SOLUTION: The coil bobbin for a stepping motor comprises a plurality of terminals 4, a resin molded spool 1 for the stator coil winding, and a hole 3 for inserting the plurality of terminals on one side of the spool 1. After the terminal is inserted to just in front of the bottom face of the hole 3 for terminal, the start-of-winding/end-of-winding of coil are wound around the terminal 4 and then the terminal is pushed deeper into the hole 3.
