PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary camera assembly of a mobile communication device which enables a user to precisely and minutely adjust a rotation angle of a camera and maintains the rotation angle of the camera even after the adjustment of the rotation angle of the camera. SOLUTION: The rotary camera assembly of the mobile communication device includes a camera supporting member 140 installed at one side of the mobile communication device, a camera 150 rotatably installed in the camera supporting member 140, and a camera rotation angle maintaining device to maintain the rotation angle of the camera 150.
