PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving machine, an external apparatus, and a file processing method in the moving machine, which writes and reads a large-sized file without using a memory card and faster than in the case through a mobile communication network consisting of a public radio circuit. SOLUTION: The moving machine 20 is provided with a data sending/receiving means 210 to send and receive the data between the external apparatuses by a wire or radio non-public communication for a short distance; a file storage means 212 to store the file; a file management means 213 to manage the file to be stored in the file storage means; and a control means 211 to execute a file processing operation mode to conduct the file processing operation of writing the file received from the external apparatus 10 in the file storage means 212 based on a command data received from the external apparatus 10, and of reading the file in the file storage means 212 and transmitting it to the external apparatus 10.
