PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna diversity circuit which can reduce the leak of power from a transmitting part to a receiving part while reducing transmission loss in transmission. SOLUTION: The antenna diversity circuit is provided with: a first antenna 1 for transmitting or receiving radio waves; a first high-frequency signal changeover switch 11 including a common terminal com1 connected to the first antenna 1 and two switching terminals b1, a1; a transmitting part 21 connected to the switching terminal b1 of the first high-frequency signal changeover switch 11; a second high-frequency signal changeover switch 12 connected to the switching terminal a1 of the first high-frequency signal changeover switch 11; a second antenna 2 which is connected to a switching terminal b2 of the second high-frequency signal changeover switch 12 for receiving radio waves; and a receiving part 22 connected to a common terminal com2 of the second high-frequency signal changeover switch 12.
