PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the burdens of call transfer costs in bases and a center by utilizing transfer using VoIP on an IP network (including the Internet), to share CTI device by providing a means capable of identifying the bases, and further to provide services to a user with a telephone number of or close to the base by utilizing each of the bases as a transfer source. SOLUTION: A transfer apparatus is installed in each of the bases, and a user who utilizes a service, makes a telephone call to the base. The transfer apparatus includes the means for identifying which base the apparatus belongs to, and reports that base to the CTI in the center simultaneously with communications to transfer, thereby providing a service corresponding to each of the bases even in the shared CTI.
