PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a viewer from overlooking the programs matching the viewer's liking and being broadcast in another programs when viewing a program. SOLUTION: The controller 8 checks the channel information from the TV receiver 2, the EPG information analyzed by the electronic program information analyzer 6 and the keyword stored in the memory 7. It controls the informing control unit 9 when a program is broadcast matching the EPG information and the keyword, and the informing section 10 informs.
