<p>Aqs formaldehyde solns contg. >37 wt. % HCHO and 1 wt % methanol, are stabilised by addn of 1000 ppm (w.r.t. soln) of >=1 alkoxymethylguanamines in which the alkoxy groups are 1-4C. The stabiliser is completely dissolved in the HCHO soln. The reaction product of methanol, HCHO, butyroguanamine and benzoguanamine is claimed as stabiliser.</p> |
