ANGLE MEASURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional angle measuring apparatus can not have acquired a sufficient S/N ratio due to adverse environments and can have mistakenly estimated the arrival direction of interference signals due to an insufficient number of samples used for angle measurement processing. SOLUTION: Reception signals of an array antenna constituted of a plurality of antenna elements are used to suppress the interference signals by an interference signal suppressing means, and output signals from the interference signal suppressing means are used to estimate the arrival direction of desired signals at an arrival direction estimating means. This angle measuring apparatus is provided with a determining means for estimating the arrival direction of the interference signals by an interference direction estimating means through the use of each reception signal of the array antenna and excluding error directions through the use of the arrival direction of the desired signals and the arrival direction of the interference signals.
