PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional oil mist lubricating device that as it is operated under an air pressure, lubricant (lubricating agent) is supplied with operation stopped and the internal pressure is released to the atmosphere, or an automatic oil supply system is additionally mounted. SOLUTION: In this oil mist lubricating device, an oil tank 8 comprises an oil chamber 8a for containing the lubricant and a mist chamber 8c defined from the oil chamber 8a through a partition 8b, and the mist generated by a mist generator 4 is contained in the mist chamber 8c. An oil supply cylinder 9 comprises a vertically movably-screwed cylinder main body 9a supported by an outer wall 8c<SB>1</SB>of the mist chamber 8c through a mounting hole 8c<SB>2</SB>at its upper end side, and seated on a communication hole 8d at its lower end, and an oil supply plug 9b screwed to close an upper end opening of the cylinder main body 9a. The cylinder main body 9a is provided with a male screw part (left screw) 9a<SB>1</SB>on its outer peripheral face to be engaged with a female screw hole (left screw) 8c<SB>3</SB>concentrically formed under the mounting hole 8c<SB>2</SB>of the outer wall 8c<SB>1</SB>, to be vertically movably supported.
