PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper runoff prevention device capable of preventing a paper diaper from flowing although toilet paper and dirt flow in a flush western style toilet bowl. SOLUTION: Instruments formed of a vinyl chloride resin shown in Figs. 1, 2, 3, and 4 are fitted to the western style toilet bowl to narrow a flow passage so as to prevent the diaper from flowing out. The device is formed in a bar-like L-shape which does not hinder the flow of the toilet paper and dirt so that, even if paper is caught in the bowl or the bowl is stained by dirt, the bowl can be easily cleaned by a rotating/detachable arm. Also, the device is formed of a transparent resin to minimize the feeling of presence to prevent it from being tampered with. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
