PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain classifier, by which whether or not a drain can be reused is discriminated in response to the turbidity of the drain and only the drain decided as a reusable state can be reused. SOLUTION: The drain classifier has a turbidity sensor 3 detecting the turbidity of the drain in a drain pipe 1, a pump 4 sucking the drain in the drain pipe and supplying a supply destination with the drain, a cutoff valve 5 opening and closing the drain outlet 1a of the drain pipe 1 and a control section 9 controlling the operation of the turbidity sensor 3, the pump 4 and the cutoff valve 5. When the turbidity of the drain at a specified value or less is detected by the sensor 3, the control section 9 operates the pump 4 while operating the valve 5 and the drain outlet 1a is closed. When an excess over the specified value of the turbidity of the drain is detected by the sensor 3, the control section 9 stops the pump 4 while operating the valve 5 and the drain outlet 1a is opened.
