PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catch basin of a three-layer structure capable of effectively utilizing a scrap and a deteriorated and used waste material generated when injectively molding or extrusively forming a resin molding. SOLUTION: This catch basin forms a socket for opening an upper part of a cylindrical basin body 11, and inserting and connecting a lower rend part of a pipe 2 for an inspection cleaning port in an upper end opening part; forms an invert 12 in a little upper position from a lower end part of the basin body 11; forms a connecting part 13 of an outflow pipe 3 in a side wall lower part of the basin body 11 by communicating with the invert 12; and projects a support piece 120 for installing a bottom plate 14 on an under surface of the invert 12. An intermediate layer 1a of the basin body 11 is formed of a resin raw material including a regenerated raw material provided by crushing the scrap and the waste material of the resin molding, and the inner-outer layers are formed of an unused resin raw material including no regenerated raw material.
