PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form, and a method, easy in mold separable work, and capable of simultaneously manufacturing a large quantity of spacers, when manufacturing the spacers for reinforcement work. SOLUTION: This form has an N pieces of form bodies 12, and (N+1) pieces of form side plates 14 (here, N≥1). The form bodies are shaped so as to have a cutout 12a by cutting off a semicircular shape or a part of the semicircular shape in a substantially upper half part of a rectangular plate. The form side plates are shaped so as to become a rectangular plate having the substantially same dimension as the rectangular plate for shaping the form bodies, and are formed by arranging the form side plates on both sides of the form bodies.
