PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a can lid cut-out device eliminating dangers of cutting lips or fingers with a cutting edge left on an empty can as well as capable of improving its sharpness. SOLUTION: The can lid cut-out device has a front longitudinal axis and a rear longitudinal axis rotatably on a support. On an upper side portion of the front longitudinal axis, a fixing side gear is fixed, similarly on a lower side portion, a rotary cutting blade body is fixed each unrotatably. While, on an upper side portion of the rear longitudinal axis, a movable side gear to be engaged/disengaged with/from the fixing side gear is fixed, similarly on the lower side portion, a rotary groove type blade receiver is fixed each unrotatably. In addition, the can lid cut-out device has an operation handle fixed unrotatably on the upper end of either the front longitudinal axis or of the rear longitudinal axis respectively, and the rear longitudinal axis is made movable near or far relative to front longitudinal axis by making either the axial hole of the rear longitudinal axis a long hole or being supported via a slider. An adjustment device with an adjustment handle for a screw bar or the like provided on the support for moving the rear longitudinal axis to a near position to hold it there or for moving it to a far position to hold it there.
