PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of processing a plate to be processed without causing the slippage thereof at all by perfectly preventing the slippage of a feed belt at the time of movement of the feed belt. SOLUTION: The feed belt for feeding the plate to be processed is held on both sides thereof by a moving member and a grasping member, and both members are moved by respective synchronizing servomotors while the plate to be processed is fed in the state pressed on the feed belt by press rollers.
