PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify a cartridge element into metal and non-metal parts by disassembling the cartridge element to thereby reduce the amount of industrial waste by half. SOLUTION: Disassembly can be performed by anyone at ease by attaching a mark 6 for driving a metal blade (oil element cutter or the like) to the gap of the back side of the attaching base 1 of the cartridge element and an oil filter in the inside (there is the gap for the thickness of rubber packing 2).
