PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal site which can reduce construction costs by forming a leaked water detection drain pipe to be short and prevent the breakage of a water sealing sheet caused by the blocking of a restorative material and the increase of injection pressure by facilitating the pressure injection of the restorative material from the leaked water detection drain pipe, and its leaked water detection restoration system. SOLUTION: In the waste disposal site, the disposal site in which water sealing is applied to a bottom board 1 and a side 2 connected to it, and an upper surface is opened is provided, a duplicate water sealing sheet 3 of the bottom board 1 is partitioned into bag-shaped sections, and each leaked water detection drain pipe 5 is connected to each section 4. Each leaked water detection drain pipe 5 is connected to a leaked water detection main pipe 6. The main pipe 6 is connected to a leaked water detection pit 7 installed in the most downstream part of the disposal site. A leaked water detection manhole 8 for checking the water leakage of each section is set in the vicinity of the connection part with the main pipe 6 of the drain pipe 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
