The base may be integral with the reflector, as shown, and fixed to the tip 2 of the bulb injection moulding, or alternatively it may form part of a conventional wedge-base bulb and project through an opening in the reflector, the reflector being glued to the bulb or engaged with grooves in the bulb by impressing or snapfitting. The reflector is preferably of parabolic form. |
