A medical image processing device includes: first storage means for storing a predetermined portion of an examinee imaged by a medical image analysis device as a first medical image; second storage means for storing a second medical image of the same portion of the same examinee imaged on a different day and hour from the first medical image; first setting means for setting a plurality of first local areas consisting of at least one pixel as an element on the first medical image; second setting means for setting a plurality of second local areas corresponding to each of the plurality of first local areas set by the first setting means and having a greater area than the first local areas, on the second image; reference value calculation means for calculating a reference value of a concentration value for each of the plurality of second local areas set by the second setting means; image creation means for creating an emphasized image for each of the first local areas according to the reference value calculated by the reference value calculation means and the concentration value of each pixel of the plurality of the first local areas set by the first setting means; and display means for displaying the emphasized image created by the image creation means.
