<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of peeling off a multiple cover gradually by simple action, by enabling the downsizing and simplification without needing special control. <P>SOLUTION: The disclosed method of peeling off a multiple cover cable is as follows. When first and second cam plates 6A and 6B shift in a body by a drive source 7, the first stage of peeling is performed in condition that a second cutter 2B has bitten in the topside of the first cover 123 of the multiple cover cable 11 together with a second holder 4B by means of these first and second cam plates 6A and 6B. Subsequently, when only the first cam plate 6A shifts, the the second stage of peeling is performed in condition that the second cutter 2B has bitten in the topsides of the second cover layers 122A and 122B of the multiple cover layer 11 together with the second holder 4B by only this first cam plate 6A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
