PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic printer realizing the facilitation of the attachment/detachment of a consumable member and the prevention of damage caused by the contact of the consumable members each other at the time of attaching/detaching the consumable member.

SOLUTION: The electrophotographic printer is equipped with a photoreceptor drum unit 200 installed to be freely attached/detached in an up-and-down direction and an intermediate transfer unit 300 positioned above the unit 200 and attached/detached in the up-and-down direction, and then equipped with a plurality of developing devices 4 attachably/detachably installed while sliding in a lateral direction on one side of the unit 200. Thus, a photoreceptor drum 1 is prevented from being damaged in the attaching/detaching stage of the unit 200 and the developing device 4. Then, the unit 200 is constituted to be freely attached/detached in the up-and-down direction so as to shorten an attaching/detaching operation distance.
